Who answers
David Wilson reads every message himself. Expect a reply within two business days (Eastern Time). If you write on a long weekend, give us until the Tuesday.
If the game misbehaves
Tell us your phone or computer and the browser you used. Then describe what happened: did the bee freeze, fall through a lollipop, or lose your record? The score on screen when it happened helps us more than you'd think, because it tells us how narrow the gap was at that moment.
Ideas and Android news
Suggestions are welcome, especially about difficulty. If you want a heads-up when BeeBuzz lands on Android, just ask in your email; we'll send one message when it's out and nothing else.

Rank thresholds, gap sizes and the speed curve are all listed on the home page, with the times our test autopilot needed for each rank. Your question may already be answered there.
Things we can't help with
Lost records can't be recovered: they're stored only in your browser and we never receive them. There's no shared leaderboard, so we can't add, remove or verify anyone's score. Questions about personal information are covered in the privacy policy, including how quickly we answer them.
